ITM offers private as well as group coaching programs for adults. Here are the options

Cardio Tennis

A fun, social, group tennis-fitness program for people of all ages and abilities. Involves a higher calorie burn, endless activities and social workouts with friends which will have you feeling great and in shape. The aim is to be fun and energizing - you’ll feel better and your hand-eye coordination, tennis skill and fitness level will also benefit.

Adult Basic Skills Training

This program takes you through the basics of technique and basic tactics, so is suited to the beginner-intermediate standard range. Perfect if you’re just starting out or getting back into it after a long break (max 4 per group)

Adult Advanced group training

TERM 1, 2024 COMMENCES FROM THURSDAY 8TH FEB, 2024

Thur 6.30pm - 8.00pm (cost $240 / 8wks)

Friday ladies drop in

On each Friday! (school holiday times may be different).

If you have Friday mornings free and want to come to a casual coaching / social session then this one is for you! Our experienced coaching team take you for an hour of coaching.

All standards welcome.

6 players or more: 1 hour at $22.5
4 players to 6 players: 1 hour at $25 each
3 players: 1 hour at $30 each or 45min at $22.5 each
2 players: 1 hour at $40each or 45min at $35each
